Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m.
New University Union, Multipurpose Room
California State University, East Bay

Parking: Please park in Lots A or B for the event, which are closest to the New University Union – reference our Hayward Campus Map for parking lot locations. You may also park in the Overflow Lot, if Lots A and B are full. Please note that Lots A, B, and Overflow will be the only lots that you may park in during the event for free (without having a parking permit) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Highlights: Free breakfast, Cal State East Bay student panel, and Fall 2018 campus highlights and admission updates. There will also be an optional guided campus tour available at the close of the event.

The university has created a detailed map which highlights the accessibility features for major buildings and areas including automatic doors, ramps, and elevators. Accessibility parking is available in Lots A and B for free (without having a parking permit) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in conjunction with the event.
Please be advised that the university does not provide personal attendants or wheel chairs. It is the sole responsibility of campus guests to arrange these logistics if needed.
